If you time your jump button press just as you land, you’ll see your character flash white. As long as you release jump before you bounce up again, you’ll get an additional boost.
For those inept in trampoline physics, you’ll want to release your jump just after the trampoline reaches its lowest point. Releasing before then will result in quite the reduction in jump strength.
If you release jump when your character is near the trampoline but not actually touching it, you’ll slip and fall. If you fall, button mash to get out.
To continue after a match is won, the losing player can just mash out of their fall state and the match will be reset.
