A simple memory match game created for a Construct 2 tutorial. In the tutorial you’ll learn to resize and arrange game objects on the fly depending on window size. You’ll create and randomize an array. You’ll use math in cool ways to arrange objects and test for matches. And at the end you’ll have a game to play or improve to make it your own.
You’ll find the tutoral in the Tutorial pages of the Scirra website. The objective of the game is to find the matching pairs in as few turns as possible. Click to turn two cards face up. If the cards match you win the pair. If the revealed cards do not match, they are turned face down again. Play continues in this way until you find all the matching cards, then the game restarts.
